· Zone 3 (26 - 40 Miles): $65.00
 Covers: West Columbia (Mizzou campus/hospitals), Marshall, Sedalia, California

· Zone 4 (41+ Miles): $65.00 base + $1.00 per mile over 40 miles
 Covers: Jefferson City, East Columbia, Fulton

 

 

After-Hours & Holiday Surcharges (Added to Base Fee)
· Early Morning/Late Evening (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM): +$20.00
· Night Owl Emergency (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): +$45.00
· Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): +$15.00
· Federal & State Holidays: +$40.00

 

Location- Specific Surcharges
· Hospitals & Nursing Homes: +$20.00
Covers extra time for parking, security check-in, and navigating facilities like MU Health Care in Columbia, or Bothwell Regional in Sedalia.

· Jails & Correctional Centers: +$45.00
Covers extended security checks and strict scheduling windows at facilities like the Boonville Correctional Center or local county jails.

 

 

Real Estate Loan Signing Agent (NSA) Flat Rates
These are all-inclusive flat rates for title/escrow companies that bundle travel, printing dual sets of documents, signing, and drop-off at FedEx/UPS.

· Full Purchase/ Refinance Mortgage Package (Local Zone 1 & 2): $125.00
· Full Purchase/ Refinance Mortgage Package (Columbia / Sedalia / JC): $175.00
· Seller-Only Package: $90.00
· HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit): $100.00
· Loan Application / Cash Out Closing: $80.00

 

 

Remote Notary Services
These are the standard prices used for single-transaction remote signings for individuals or small business clients.

· First Remote Notary Seal: $25.00
Includes the $5.00 Missouri statutory fee + $20.00 platform tech fee.

· Additional Seals (Same Session): $10.00
Charged per additional digital stamp applied during the same video call.

· On-Demand Digital Witness: $15.00
Charge if the client does not bring their own witness and the platform provides one.

· Identity Verification (KBA/ID): Included
Covers the cost of Knowledge-Based Authentication and credential analysis.

· Secure Video & Journal Storage: Included
Covers the state-mandated 10-year cloud storage of the session recording.

 

 

Remote Real Estate & Mortgage Loan Flat-Rates
These are the flat session fees used for multi-document real estate closings.

· Digital Cash Purchase / HELOC Closing: $80.00
· Full Remote Online Refinance Package: $150.00
· Loan Modification Package: $75.00

Administrative & Cancellation Policies
· Wait Time Fee: $15.00 per 15 minutes (Applies if the client is not ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time).

· Cancellation Fee (En Route): 100% of the Base Travel Fee (Charged if the client cancels after you have already started driving).

· Inability to Complete Fee: Full Travel Fees + $5.00 administrative fee (Applies if you arrive but the signing cannot proceed due to improper ID, lack of client awareness, or missing witnesses).
